1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betfury ("betfury," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the betfury online gaming platform available at betfury.one (the "Platform"), including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on betfury, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

betfury reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the betfury Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. betfury enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a betfury account.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of betfury, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by betfury or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

betfury reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the betfury Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) betfury account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. betfury employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betfury reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betfury login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. betfury will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify betfury's customer support team immediately via live chat.

3.4 KYC Verification

betfury is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

betfury accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

betfury does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned, and the associated betfury account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. betfury aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.

betfury reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where betfury has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

The Platform operates in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility. betfury is not liable for any losses arising from currency fluctuations or conversion charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

betfury offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

betfury strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk; colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers; and any other conduct that betfury, in its sole discretion, determines to constitute abuse of its promotional offers.

Where betfury determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

betfury reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any change will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the change is required by law or regulatory directive.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the betfury Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

betfury uses independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all virtual games. This ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including betfury itself. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are not subject to RNG — outcomes are determined by physical game elements such as cards, dice, and roulette wheels.

Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panels. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betfury Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your betfury account.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward betfury staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the betfury Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of betfury or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any betfury trademark or trade name without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of betfury's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betfury shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond betfury's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game content or information displayed on the Platform.

betfury's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betfury account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

betfury collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betfury implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and betfury cannot guarantee absolute security.

betfury will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services (such as sharing data with payment processors and KYC verification providers).

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination & Suspension

betfury reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betfury has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, betfury reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or winnings pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

You may close your betfury account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betfury Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting betfury's customer support team. betfury will endeavor to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

betfury reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betfury will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the betfury Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Article 12.
